ThinkForward

Coaching and supporting young people to create brighter futures

ThinkForward raise the voices of young people and support employers to provide fair access to opportunities.

ThinkForward’s FutureMe programme at City of London Academy Highbury Grove provides five years of personalised coaching, social action opportunities and targeted Ready for Work activities to 50 young people between the ages of 13 and 18 at key stages in their lives, enabling them to succeed in their education, realise their potential and make a successful transition from school to work.

ThinkForward helps young people overcome barriers they face and develop their work readiness capabilities through work insight days, CV and interview workshops, and work placement opportunities. We raise the voices of young people and support employers to provide fair access to opportunities.

“Think Forward has helped me develop key skills like confidence, organisation, social skills, respect, and resilience. I appreciate their help because these skills are important to me now.”
